Just what it implies –a strength and cardio workout that will challenge your entire body from top to bottom using a variety of fitness equipment. This class gets your heart pumping and your muscles working! Taught by Kristin Woods. Ladies only.

    • $2/class or $40 for unlimited access for the spring semester (excludes CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)

Mission Statement: The SBTS swim club exists to assist individuals to pursue physical fitness in the swimming pool environment by teaching necessary skills such as stroke technique, lane etiquette, workout sets, and time goals. As a workout class, the club is designed to help swimmers of different levels learn and refine their skills in order to allow them to better train in the pool.

Zumba @ Health & Recreation Center (Levering Gym)

Group Fitness Class: ZUMBA is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward health. ZUMBA fuses rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography to burn between 500 and 100 calories in a single session. Taught by Ester Gonzalez. Ladies only.
