Group Fitness Class: ZUMBA is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward health. ZUMBA fuses rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography to burn between 500 and 100 calories in a single session. Taught by Christine Fiske. Women only.

- Unlimited classes for the spring term (January 23rd – May 19th)
- $45 for all group fitness classes (includes Total Toning and Zumba)
Mission Statement: The SBTS swim club exists to assist individuals to pursue physical fitness in the swimming pool environment by teaching necessary skills such as stroke technique, lane etiquette, workout sets, and time goals. As a workout class, the club is designed to help swimmers of different levels learn and refine their skills in order to allow them to better train in the pool.
The Swim Club will meet every Monday from 7 – 8:15 p.m. from January 23 – March 6. Weekly homework will be provided by the instructor for all Swim Club members.
