ZUMBA fuses rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography to burn between 500 and 100 calories in a single session. Childcare available. Women only.

Mommy&Me @ Health & Rec Center

Group Fitness Class: Mommy&Me is a workout designed for moms and their kids.  This class combines walking/jogging on the track from 10-10:30am (feel free to bring your stroller) and workouts in the gym for cardio and strength training from 10:30-11am. It’s the perfect opportunity for moms to exercise while their kids play together! Women only.

Spin (Co-ed) @ Health & Rec Center

Group Fitness Class: Get ready to sweat! This indoor stationary cycling workout will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Each bike features resistance adjustment so that participants can tailor the difficulty of the class to their own fitness goals. Please bring a towel. Childcare available. This class is co-ed.
