Group Fitness Class: ZUMBA is an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward health. ZUMBA fuses rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography to burn between 500 and 100 calories in a single session. Women only.
