This course is great for ladies who don’t have much time available to exercise, yet still desire to get a great workout and challenge themselves.  Be prepared to sweat and get fit using weights, kettle bells, jump ropes and more. All exercises can be modified to meet everyone’s fitness needs. Women only. Childcare available.
