Louisville Rescue Mission Pancake Breakfast @ Heritage Hall

Finishing last-minute papers and projects and cramming for finals? Come and enjoy some pancakes first! On Saturday, Apr. 25 from 8am-10:30am, SBTS ResLife will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast in Heritage Hall. The cost is $4 per person with a maximum cost of $15 per family. Children 4 and under eat free. Cash and credit cards accepted. There will be numerous raffles throughout the morning with proceeds for the event directly benefiting Louisville Rescue Mission.

A beginner’s course that will give ladies the fundamentals of mat work with an emphasis on core strengthening exercises. The blend of strength and flexibility training helps improve posture creating long and lean muscles. The perfect complement to add on to your regular fitness routine. Taught by Mackenzie Lyles. Ladies only.

Situational Awareness/Self-Defense Introductory Course @ Health & Recreation Center

An introductory course that will teach you how to stay safe while on the mission field. Situational Awareness is more of a mind-set, or ‘soft skill’ than a ‘hard skill’ like martial-arts or shooting, so anyone can learn these skills. Taught by Kyle Beck. Ladies and men are welcome.

Bella Ballet Spring Recital @ Ingram Hall

The Health & Recreation Center’s ballet program “Bella Ballet,” coordinated by Bekah Stauffer, will be performing in two shows, 3:00pm and 5:00pm. The recital will contain a variety of different ballet levels from the ages of 4-10. These students have practiced all semester leaning their routines, but also studying what God’s word has to say about dancing and doing it for the Lord, not for man. They will be performing with the primary goal of God’s ultimate glory.
