Would you like to know what CrossFit is all about? Join us for the 10 am WOD (Workout of the Day) on Saturday. Participants can attend one free trial class. You may reserve your slot here. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete a waiver at the front desk before class.
CrossFit SBTS members are welcome to come and invite a friend for the 10 am WOD on Saturday.
Group Fitness Class: A beginner’s course that will give ladies the fundamentals of mat work with an emphasis on core strengthening exercises. The blend of strength and flexibility training helps improve posture creating long and lean muscles. The perfect complement to add on to your regular fitness routine. Taught by Mackenzie Lyles. Ladies only.

- $2/class or $35 for unlimited access to all group fitness classes (except CrossFit) for the semester.
