Group Fitness Class: Get ready to sweat! This indoor stationary cycling workout will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Each bike features resistance adjustment so that participants can tailor the difficulty of the class to their own fitness goals. Taught by Joe Lyles. Men and women welcome.

    • $2/class or $15 for 10-class punch card
    • Unlimited Classes for the Semester (May 18th – August 15th)
      • $30 Spin only
