Demo class: A beginner’s course that will give ladies the fundamentals of mat work with an emphasis on core strengthening exercises. The blend of strength and flexibility training helps improve posture creating long and lean muscles. The perfect complement to add on to your regular fitness routine. Taught by Mackenzie Lyles. Group Fitness Class: Get ready to sweat! This indoor stationary cycling workout will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Each bike features resistance adjustment so that participants can tailor the difficulty of the class to their own fitness goals. Please bring a towel. Taught by Latevia Priddy. Men and women welcome.
