Group Fitness Class: Mommy & Me is a workout designed for moms and their kids.  This class combines walking/jogging on the track from 10-10:15am (feel free to bring your stroller) and workouts in the gym for cardio and strength training from 10:15-10:45 am. It’s the perfect opportunity for moms to exercise while their kids play together!  Women only. Taught by Alyssa Patton.

Core Foundry (Co-Ed) @ Health & Recreation Center
