A short, but intense workout guaranteed to help ladies break a sweat, tone up, and get fit! Get inspired to work out along other ladies who are looking to increase their strength and stamina. Those who are expecting are welcome to join.

- $2/class or $40 for unlimited access for the summer semester (excludes CrossFit, Brazilian JiuJitsu, and Swim Club)
- $3/class or $25 for 10-class punch card
Mission Statement: The SBTS swim club exists to assist individuals to pursue physical fitness in the swimming pool environment by teaching necessary skills such as stroke technique, lane etiquette, workout sets, and time goals. As a workout class, the club is designed to help swimmers of different levels learn and refine their skills in order to allow them to better train in the pool.
The Swim Club will meet for a total of seven sessions this summer. They will meet every Tuesday from 7 – 8:15 p.m. from June 14 – July 12 and Saturday, June 18 and July 9 from 8 – 9:30 a.m. Weekly homework will be provided by the instructors for all Swim Club members.
