Group Fitness Class: Get ready to sweat! This indoor stationary cycling workout will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Each bike features resistance adjustment so that participants can tailor the difficulty of the class to their own fitness goals. Please bring a towel. Taught by Latevia Priddy.
